Promotion begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on March 12, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on March 26, 2012.
Open only to legal residents of the United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico (excluding any other U.S. territories) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older and have reached the age of majority in their state, province or territory of residence as of March 12, 2012.

Limit of one (1) Entry per person per e-mail address per each day during the Promotion Period.
Grand Prize - One (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive a trip for two (2) people to Los Angeles, CA, Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") $5,000 USD. The Grand Prize Trip consists of:
- round-trip coach airfare for two (2) people from the major metropolitan airport closest to the winner's home (as determined by the Sponsor) to Los Angeles, CA,
- three (3) nights standard hotel accommodation (based on double occupancy),
- chauffeured transportation to/from the Los Angeles Airport (LAX) and the hotel,
- use of six (6) consecutive hours of chauffeured transportation on each of two (2) days,
- itinerary planning for two (2) days to include a lunch, dinner, a shopping excursion at the Sunglass Hut flagship store in the 3rd Street Promenade, Sana Monica, CA,
- a Melrose area shopping trip,
- a spa excursion,
- two (2) $800 USD gift cards and (2) $200 USD Sunglass Hut gift cards for any/all expenses associated with making use of the planned itinerary.
Grand Prize Trip must be scheduled no less than thirty (30) days in advance of travel and must be completed no later than December 31, 2012. The Grand Prize Trip does not include ground transportation to/from the departure airport nearest the winner's home, meals, tips, gratuities, accident, baggage or trip cancellation insurance, or personal expenses such as laundry and phone calls. Winner and traveling companion must travel on the same itinerary and winner's traveling companion must be 18 years of age or older and have reached the age of majority in his/her state, province or territory of residence. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any portion of the Grand Prize Trip (including accommodations and/or any activity) with an item of comparable or greater value.
There is one (1) Grand Prize available with the total value of $5,000. Verified winner will have the option of accepting the Grand Prize Trip as described or a one-time cash payment by check of $5,000 USD. If a Canadian or Puerto Rican resident is the confirmed winner of the Grand Prize Trip, the prize will be awarded as a check for $5,000 USD, less the 30% U.S. Federal Income Tax, which the Sponsor will withhold and remit to the U.S. IRS in compliance with U.S. tax law.
