Go back to that type of food distribution program and no more complaints about what recipients buy. No more bitching about frozen pizzas, prime meat, and junk food purchases.
3 minutes of gratification that I have to pay for the rest of MY life? Buck up b*tch...you made your choice...live with it. And just another case of a couple of bad apples ruining it for the other ladies that married young have two kids, no secondary education, get abandoned by a d*ckhead, and can't get anything to support their children.
Going through all the steps (ok, fine...remove marriage, they were living together in sin for 10 years...but still in a committed relationship) and having a DB cheat on you and leave you high and dry is COMPLETELY different than being 20, sleeping around and getting preggers because you didn't feel like using a condom that day.

Otherwise it would come out of the same budget that pays for free birth control @ places like planned parenthood. 1 month of the posted California welfare money would easily pay for a device that is reported to last 5 yrs. My wife's IUD was in the 500-700 range w/ installation. Insurance covered it - the deductible.

And no, I'm not heartless, I support my church's food kitchen with donations. But that's my CHOICE.
