Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. ET on April 1, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on June 30, 2012.
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Limit of one entry per person/email address per day throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a home entertainment package consisting of a Panasonic VIERA® 55" Class VT30 Series Plasma HDTV with 3D, Panasonic 3D Active Shutter Eyewear, Home Theater Surround Sound System and a 3D Blu-Ray Disc Player (ARV: $3,300).
FIRST PRIZE: Five (5) First Prize Winners will each receive a 12-month subscription to the Bacon of The Month Club from www.baconfreak.
SECOND PRIZE: Ten (10) Second Prize Winners will each receive a Black & Decker toolkit consisting of a 18V Cordless Drill with Stud Sensor with storage bag and a complete sanding kit (ARV: $230 each).
THIRD PRIZE: Seventy-Five (75) Third Prize Winners will each receive four (4) packages of BIC® Flex4® razors (ARV: $6.50 per package)
Total Approximate Retail value (ARV) of ALL prizes is: $9,925
