Got my points yesterday. (I was apply to easily apply for $310 cash back - includes month purchases)
This is already my favorite credit card as I usually do a lot of charges every month then use my checks to reimburse it. Money will be racking up on this one - thanks again OP! The whole transfer process is soo easy! Citi Rewards can learn a lot from this Chase Freedom
Same question. I applied with the $350 offer and even had it confirmed when I called for reconsideration. Crossed the $500 mark a couple of days ago and haven't seen any rewards posted yet.
I had called also just to confirm. I asked the person who picked up the phone a couple of hours after I had been approved and she said I was approved for the 350 cb after spending 500. I passed that limit recently. Just have to wait for billing period to end to see whats really going to happen
I just did the same thing. I got my first statement and had 10k points posted, not 35k like the web page said when I signed up. They told me the same thing, that they were passing it on to their rewards group and that they would not guarantee me that I would receive any additional bonus points. Grrrrr....
Have you heard back yet?
I got a reply from the PM and that was it, I called and they said they'd let me know, but so far nothing.
It may have been covered already, but would I be able to apply for this if I have a Chase Freedom Mastercard, or would that disqualify me? I just called the # and they said they still have the 30k bonus points offer going...
I am planning to purchase a $3500 camera (5D3) from JR.Com. Their rewards site says 3 additional points for every $ spent at JR.Com. So will I get 8 point for every $ I spend, right? Meaning I will get 28000 points which is equal to $280. Please let me know if my calculation is correct. If so I might buy one

I think in this case you would only get 4 points. 1 point for each dollar + 3 additional points. The current quarter is only giving 5% at grocery stores and movie theaters. Hope that helps!

Thanks for the reply! I was thinking 5 points per $. Thanks
Offer is still available but they dont want to upgrade my $100 cash back application to the $300 cash back.
Which is BS btw because I applied over the phone with an agent after i asked him if the $300 cash back offer was still available and he told me no. Once the application was complete i started looking online and i found the number listed on the front page, called it and the offer was still good to go.
If you're in a similar situation like me just keep calling them and ask them to get the $300 cash back offer upgrade. They'll eventually get tired. I received the denial in the mail today and called them back ASAP, to explain exactly what happened. I'll get my answer in 3 days.
The funny thing is the letter i received states that they denied me because the offer is no longer available.. but i can still apply over the phone. This is why Americans get fed up with banks. What a bunch of scammers.
I second that. After disclosing a $2 billion trading loss yesterday, I sense that there won't be this large incentive for a credit card promotion.
While that could be true, wouldn't it make more sense to stop offering rewards for checking account openings. I'd imagine they would make more money off credit card interest than checking accounts, especially with our buy now pay later mentality

If a company realizes a short term loss, I would concentrate on realizing the short term profit rather than investing on a long term profit area. After all, the CEO will be on a hot seat to show the board that he is worth keeping...
I applied for this 2 days before over phone... How long does it take for the card to arrive? I have a Chase Checking account with Online Banking. I am assuming I will see the card account online before getting it in my hand... Recently got $200 for the checking account... Cant wait for the $300 on this card...
