I also applied for the $350 rebate. I spoke with a rep and confirmed that was the offer I was getting. I got my 35,000 points a couple days ago, which I used for a statement credit (I got $396)!

I too just called the number (800-795-6307) and got the $300 offer. A few quick questions though:

1) Can anyone suggest how to get the matching offer for the $350 sign-on bonus?

2) Does the Freedom card usually come with a lower credit limit? The limit they gave me is considerably less than my other Chase cards. I'd like to not share my limit but I've been getting 5-digit limits for my other cards.

I called a little after midnight on 5/15 and specifically asked about the $350 and the rep told me she only could offer the $300.

My limit is sort of low as well. But I did get instant approval for $300 back.

Same here...got instant approval for the $300, but I figured I'll try to track down the $350 offer somewhere and call them about it if I can find proof. Hopefully they'll be able to match that.

I did some more checking on the credit limit for the Freedom card, it looks like this card usually comes with a lower credit limit.

Does anyone have a 5-digit credit limit on their Freedom card?

I only got a limit in the high 4 digits, whereas my AMEX is well into the 5 digit mark...

Not really that big a deal since my AMEX is my primary card, and the new Chase limit is well above my ABYSMAL $1000 from TD Bank lol

I have $19,600 limit when I got the card. And I asked about why not $20,000 as other cards (I have both Ink classic and saph regular) and the rep didn't have any authority but to relay the inquiry to other dept.

My first billing had less than $500 since I got only 7 days . But I have charged more than $600 in second . Do you think I will receive $350 in second ??

Yes. That was the condition of the offer. In fact, one of my friend had a slightly different offer than this. Although it was a prescreen mail, the condition was 30k point after the first purchase.
