TIMING: Sprout's Hooray for Mother's Day Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on April 6, 2012 and ends at 3:00 PM ET on May 4, 2012, (the "Sweepstakes Period"), and consists of four (4) "Entry Periods," each of which begins at 12:01 AM ET and ends at 11:59 PM ET (except for the 4th Entry Period which ends at 3:00 PM ET), as follows:
Entries will not be carried forward into subsequent Entry Period drawings, however all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period will be included in the Grand Prize drawing.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older or the age of majority in their state, whichever is greater, and who are the parent/legal guardian of a child under six years of age("Entrant's Child") and reside in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia.
LIMIT: Limit one entry per person/email address per day.
PRIZES: One (1) Weekly Prize per Entry Period consisting of a $100 SpaFinder® Gift Certificate and a Chica plush toy, total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") $115. A total of four (4) Weekly Prizes will be awarded.
One (1) Grand Prize: a trip for the winner and up to three (3) guests to Enchantment Spa in Sedona, Arizona. The prize consists of round trip coach air travel for four (4) people from a major commercial airport near winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor); two (2) double-occupancy hotel accommodations for three (3) nights; round trip airport/resort shuttle transfers; daily America breakfast; and three (3) spa treatments per person at Mii amo spa (not to exceed $150 per treatment). All expenses not specified are winner's responsibility. Travel must be completed by April 30, 2013 or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Total ARV of Grand Prize is $9,000.
