Armor All What Life Did To Your Car Sweepstakes ~ 6/30/12 (Facebook - photo)

Sweepstakes begins on April 20, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on June 30, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and who did not purchase any photo/video hardware or software for the purpose of entering this Sweepstakes.

Follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form including a valid home address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted). In order to complete the registration form, you will need to upload a photo or video depicting "what life did to your car" with a title (15 character max) and short description (250 character max), collectively referred to as your "Submission".

Limit: You may enter one (1) time during the Promotion Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, Facebook accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified.

Bonus Entries:
a) Tell A Friend Program: After you enter the Sweepstakes, you will be invited to share a link about the Sweepstakes with your friends on Facebook who must be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Each person that you refer will receive a post with a link notifying him or her about the Sweepstakes. You may only refer persons with whom you have an existing relationship. Only for the first referral of a friend that completes and submits a registration for the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period, will you be given one (1) additional entry into the applicable Weekly Entry Period's drawing and one (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing. Limit: Regardless of the number of friends that complete and submit a registration for the Sweepstakes, each entrant may receive a maximum of one (1) additional entry into the applicable Weekly Entry Period's drawing and one (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing for referring friends during the Promotion Period.

b) Watch a Video: After you enter the Sweepstakes, follow the links and instructions to watch a short video and you will receive one (1) additional entry into the applicable Entry Period's drawing and one (1) entry into the Grand Prize drawing. Limit: Each entrant may receive a maximum of four (4) additional entries across the Weekly Entry Period drawings and four (4) additional entries into the Grand Prize drawing for watching a video during the Promotion Period.

Non-winning entries from each applicable Weekly Entry Period random drawing will carry over into the subsequent Weekly Entry Period drawings. Administrator will randomly select the potential Grand Prize winner from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, on or around July 2, 2012. First Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 8-10 weeks after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize winner will be contacted regarding the fulfillment of the prize within 8-10 weeks of the conclusion of the Sweepstakes and the prize will be fulfilled by the designated dealership as soon as it becomes available.

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A 2012 Chevrolet Camaro SS autographed by Tony Stewart, and $14,595.55 (awarded as a check) that can be used for taxes. If Tony Stewart is unavailable to autograph the vehicle, winner will receive an all-new 2012 Chevrolet Camaro that has not been autographed. Sponsor will determine all features of automobile including but not limited to color of exterior and interior, and all other features or upgrades will be allowed only if permitted by delivery dealer and paid for by winner. Winner must be a licensed driver and will be required to provide proof of insurance at time of delivery. Winner is responsible for title, license, registration, dealer preparation costs, auto insurance and other fees associated with prize. Winner must take delivery of prize from the automobile dealership designated by Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $52,020.

ONE HUNDRED (100) FIRST PRIZES (ten (10) per Weekly Entry Period): A Complete Car Care Kit which includes a 16 ounce bottle of Armor All® Ultra Shine Wash and Wax, a 10 ounce bottle of Armor All® Original Protectant, a 20 ounce bottle of Armor All® Tire Foam, and a 25 count canister of Armor All® Glass Wipes (all details not mentioned above will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV: $15.00.

Limit: one (1) First Prize per person. Total ARV of all prizes: $53,520.
