Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on May 15, 2012 at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET"), ends on June 6, 2012 at 12:59 a.m. ET (the "Promotion Period") and consists of eight (8) independent entry periods (each an "Entry Period") as set forth in the chart below.

If you don't already "like" the FX Has the Movies Page, you must first click on the "like" button in order to access the promotion through the FX Has the Movies page on Facebook. Next, follow the links and instructions to log in to GetGlue and then check-in to the applicable FX Movie that is currently airing. If you do not have a GetGlue account, you may register for one. GetGlue accounts ("Account") are free. Each entrant, up to the number of entrants equal to the number of prizes awarded for the applicable Entry Period as detailed above that check-in, will be a potential winner of the prize designated for the applicable Entry Period. Limit: You may check-in one (1) time during each Entry Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or Account. Any attempt by any entrant to check-in more than the stated number of times by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, Accounts, or any other methods will void that entrant's check-in and that entrant may be disqualified and therefore not receive the designated prize. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder.

Winners will be provided a reward code and will be directed to the website http://www.activaterewards.com/fx to claim their prize. The reward code will expire on 01/31/2013.

Prizes that include only the Hollywood Movie Money Admission certificates will expire within 2 months from online code activation and winner must comply with all terms and conditions specified by the issuer. Certificates are valid for any movie at participating theaters.

The 'Movie Night Out for Two' package will expire 6 months from the date of fulfillment and winner must comply with all terms and conditions specified by the issuer. The reward card is issued by MetaBank� pursuant to license by MasterCard International Incorporated. MasterCard is a registered trademark of MasterCard International Incorporated.

If you are a potential winner, you will immediately receive a message during your GetGlue check-in. In order to receive your prize, you will need to provide your full name and valid email address before you exit GetGlue. An entrant is not a winner of any prize, even if the CHECK-IN SHOULD so indicate, unless and until Entrant haS been verified and entrant has been notified BY EMAIL. Sponsor will not accept screen shots or other evidence of winning. any CHECK-IN that occurs after the system has failed for any reason is void, and will not be honored. Accordingly, if you fail to provide the requested information at the before you exit GetGlue, you will forfeit the prize. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. All prizes will be fulfilled within 24-48 hours of winner notification via email to the winner from Quantum Rewards with a digital code that may be redeemed for your prize. Prize redemption instructions and requirements will be included in the email.
