ENTRY PROCESS - To enter the Contest, you ("You" or the "Entrant") must go to www.spaweek.com/promotions/getfit or http://www.facebook.com/SpaWeek/a...9706360567 and follow the on-screen entry instructions (including without limitation, submitting an explanation of who you would share the experience with and why). In order to be eligible to win the prize described below, entries must be no more than one hundred (100) words and submitted during the Contest Period (as defined below). Entries must comply with file specifications on the entry page and must be in English. An entry must be Entrant's own original work and owned solely and exclusively by Entrant, must not have won a previous prize or award and must not have been previously published, must not infringe on, misappropriate, or otherwise violate any third-party rights (including, but not limited to, copyright, trademark, rights of publicity or privacy, or any other proprietary right), and must be deemed suitable by SWMG. Entries deemed lewd or offensive may be disqualified, in SWMG's sole discretion. All entries will become the property of SWMG and will not be returned. SELECTION OF WINNER - The Contest winner will be selected on or around June 15, 2012 by a panel of judges, established by SWMG, who will evaluate all eligible entries and determine the winner based on (i) the compelling nature of the explanation/ story in Entrant's entry, and (ii) the quality of the submission. Decisions of judges are final on all matters relating to Contest.

Timing: The Contest shall begin at 12:01am (EST) on May 1, 2012, and end at 11:59pm (EST) on May 31, 2012 (the "Contest Period").

Eligibility: To enter the Contest, You must be a resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (Washington D.C.) or Canada (excluding Quebec). You must also be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. This Contest is void in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands and wherever prohibited or restricted by law, and all federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply.

Limit: Only one (1) entry per person permitted.

Prizes: -There will be one (1) winner (the "Contest winner") in total. The Contest winner will receive one (1) prize comprised of three separate parts.

Part #1 - Hilton Head Health shall provide the Contest winner and one (1) guest, free of charge, with the following (collectively, "Part #1" of the Prize): (a) a stay for seven (7) nights in one (1) private room; (b) participation in H3's award-winning 7-day Healthy Lifestyle™ program; (c) three (3) meals daily and snacks for the duration of stay; (d) one (1) health assessment; (e) one (1) 45 minute private session focused on goal setting, meal planning and exercise strategies; (f) unlimited participation in all daily fitness for the duration of stay; (g) access to additional resort activities including, but not limited to yoga, beach walk, forest preserve walk for the duration of stay; (h) one (1) 55 minute Swedish massage (i) two (2) group cooking demonstrations in H3's state-of-the-art cooking school, the Culinary Arts Center; (j) one (1) twenty-five dollar (USD $25) coupon to apply towards a cooking class in the Culinary Arts Center during the duration of the stay (coupon is non-transferable); (k) access to group discussions and lectures on nutrition, stress management and self discovery during the duration of the stay; (l) one (1) 50 minute joint Personal Training session; (m) 24-hour use of all fitness and recreation facilities for the duration of the stay. Part #2 - DA.com will supply the Contest winner free of charge, with the following (collectively, "Part #2" of the Prize): (a) One (1) customized fitness plan designed specifically for the Contest winner by Denise Austin; (b) One (1) copy of the book Daily Dozen by Denise Austin; (c) One (1) copy of the book Get Energy by Denise Austin; (d) Four (4) assorted Denise Austin fitness DVDs, including: Pilates, Sculpt and Body Burn Blitz, Quick Burn Cardio and Body Burn; (e) Two (2) Classic t-shirts from Denise Austin's Lilac Black fitness apparel collection (in the size and color of the winner's choosing)
