Open to legal residents, age 18 and older, of the contiguous 48 U.S. states and the District of Columbia.

Prize: One (1) "Grand Prize":
- One (1) trip for two (2) (the Winner and one eligible Guest) to the Los Angeles, California metropolitan area (the "Trip"). The Trip includes coach airfare (from a regional metropolitan airport in Sponsor's sole discretion within the continental United States), hotel and local transportation. One meal is included with the Tour (as defined below). Other incidental expenses are not included. Dates and other specifics of all travel are subject to change in Sponsor's sole discretion. All aspects of specifics of the Trip accommodations are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Actual value of the Trip will vary depending on point of departure.
- Two (2) tickets (for the Winner and one eligible Guest) to attend a Deluxe Tour of Warner Brothers Studios in Burbank, California.ARV of the Tour is $500.00.

- One (1) Jackson Limited Edition Rock of Ages Electric Guitar (the "Guitar"). ARV of the Guitar is $1,999.99.

- One (1) Limited Edition "Rock of Ages" movie poster.
