starts 10 a.m. ET on 04/27/12; ends 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 07/22/12.

A. TRIP WINNERS:

Four (4) trip prize winners (collectively, the "Trip Prize Winners") will be randomly chosen by Sponsor or its designee on or around July 28, 2012 from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The decision of the Sponsor will be final and binding in all matters. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The potential Trip Prize Winners will be confirmed by e-mail and must meet all eligibility requirements including, without limitation, the timely execution and return of all necessary releases and documents (if any) required by Sponsor.

B. GRAND PRIZE: For a chance to win the grand prize (the "Grand Prize"), each Trip Prize Winner will be randomly assigned by Sponsor or its designee to one (1) of four (4) "Dash 4 Cash" eligible drivers (the "Dash 4 Cash Drivers") competing in the 2012 Iowa Summer 250 at Iowa Speedway in Newton, Iowa on August 4, 2012 (the "Race"). If the Trip Prize Winner's assigned driver is the highest-finishing driver of the four (4) "Dash for Cash Drivers" in the Race that Trip Prize Winner will be the grand prize winner (the "Grand Prize Winner"). In the event the Race does not take place for any reason, including, but not limited to, cancellation, postponement, weather, acts of God, or other forces beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor, the Grand Prize Winner will be determined by a random drawing among the Trip Prize Winners.

4. PRIZES:

A. TRIP PRIZE: Four (4) Trip Prize Winners will each receive the following: a three (3) day/two (2) night trip to the Race, at an approximate market value ("AMV") of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000) per Trip Prize Winner. Each trip shall include the following: (i) round-trip coach-class airline tickets from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest to Trip Prize Winner's residence to the major airport nearest the location of the Race in Newton, IA for Trip Prize Winner and one (1) guest, if Trip Prize Winner resides in or reasonably near Newton, IA, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value; (ii) one (1) room, double occupancy, standard hotel accommodations (at a hotel determined by Sponsor) for Trip Prize Winner and one (1) guest for two (2) nights; (iii) two (2) tickets to the Race; (iv) access to the drivers meeting; (v) NASCAR Nationwide Series™ VIP access (subject to the standard terms and procedures of NASCAR and subject to NASCAR's sole discretion) for Trip Prize Winner and his/her guest; (vi) round-trip ground transportation for Trip Prize Winner and one (1) guest between the airport, the hotel, and the Race location; and (vii) One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) spending money awarded as a check made payable to each Trip Prize Winner. Trips must be taken by August 3, 2012. Trip Prize Winners are responsible for all costs and expenses not expressly provided for above, including additional ground transportation, meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, souvenirs, other personal expenses and hotel charges incurred during the trips. Trip Prize Winners and his/her guests must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining proper documentation (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to travel.

B. GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a check for One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000), made payable to the Grand Prize Winner only, at an AMV of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000US).

C. THE TOTAL AMV OF ALL PRIZES (5 PRIZES TOTAL): One Hundred Twelve Thousand Dollars ($112,000).
