ALTERNATIVE ENTRY: In order to be entered into the Sweepstakes without completing and submitting the online entry form, an Entrant must send an e-mail with the Entrant's first and last name, physical address, e-mail address, date of birth, and telephone number to [email protected] with the subject title of "Mother's Day Facebook Sweepstakes",
commences at 11:00:00 AM ET on May 7, 2012, and ends at 3:00:00 PM ET on May 14, 2012
open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Entrants must be at least 13 years of age or older at time of entry.
Entrants are limited to one (1) entry
During this Sweepstakes Period, there will be three (3) separate drawings on May 8, 9, and 10, 2012, at 12:00:00 PM ET respectively for one (1) of three (3) Network for Good charity gift cards. All entries submitted by 11:59:59 AM ET on May 8, 9 and 10, 2012, respectively will be entered into that day's
Entrants are eligible to win a maximum of one (1) Polaroid Prize Pack and (1) Network for Good charity gift card during this sweepstakes.
