Sweepstakes commences on 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on May 1, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on June 4, 2012.
Only open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their states of residence if the age of majority is greater than 18) at time of entry.
Must "Like" the Athlon Sports Facebook page, enter through the Top 25 Countdown Sweepstakes tab - https://www.facebook.co
Sweepstakes will consist of 24 rounds. Each Round will include an Entry Deadline (as defined in the Entry Schedule) for purposes of participating in the applicable Round, and a Reveal Date upon which Sponsor will release the name of one (1) of its "Top 25 College Football teams" (with the two (2) teams being revealed during the final Round). Prior to the expiration of each Entry Deadline, Entrant will have the opportunity to guess the identity of the team(s) that will be revealed on the Reveal Date for that Round. Following entrant's submission of his/her guess, entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Actual team selection (whether correct or incorrect) will not enhance, diminish, or otherwise affect, entrant's chance of winning.
Entrants will receive one (1) additional Round entry in connection with each third party that accepts an invitation from such entrant and enters the Sweepstakes.
Limit one (1) "guess"-entry per person and/or email address per Round; provided that entrant may receive an unlimited number of additional Round entries in connection with accepted third party invitations.
Entry Schedule
Prize: There is a total of one (1) prize available to be won in connection with the Sweepstakes, which prize shall consist of a HDTV Flat Screen TV. Approximate retail value of the Prize is $1,200.00.
The Prize winner will be determined by a random drawing on or about June 5, 2012 from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
