Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 pm ET on May 14, 2012 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on September 30, 2012.
Open to residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older as of May 14, 2012.

Two (2) Grand Prizes: Trip for winner and one (1) guest to the 2012 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Awards Ceremony™ in Sponsor specified city from November 29, 2012 to December 2, 2012. Trip includes:
- round trip coach class air transportation for winner and guest from major airport nearest winner's residence to destination city;
- 4 days/3 nights hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy),
- roundtrip ground transfers between airport/hotel and hotel/ceremony;
- two tickets to the 2012 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Awards Ceremony™;
- gift basket for winner and guest;
- opportunity for meet & greet with either Tony Stewart or Ryan Newman at the ceremony (subject to availability and drivers qualification at the end of the race season); and
- $1,750 spending cash for the winner only.
ARV: $7,560. Meals and other travel expenses not specified are not included as part of the prize. No cash equivalents, substitutions, or transfers of prizes permitted by winners. Actual value of Grand Prize trip will depend on airfare fluctuations and point of departure. In the event neither Tony Stewart nor Ryan Newman are not in attendance at the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Awards Ceremony ™ or choose not to attend, no substitute meet and greet will be provided and only the remaining elements of the Grand Prize will be awarded. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Winner and guest must be available to travel on November 29, 2012 to December 2, 2012 or prize will automatically be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Grand Prize winners' guests must be 18 years of age or older. Each winner and his/her guest must travel on same itinerary. All travel accommodations and arrangements at Sponsor's discretion, and is subject to availability. All travelers must execute a Release of Liability prior to ticketing. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Limit one prize per person/household.
