ENTRY: You will be automatically entered into a Sweepstakes drawing when you complete and submit the survey form located at http://fireglass.com/ipad or at http://facebook.com/techglassprod [facebook.com].
Limit one (1) entry per person/email address per day during the Sweepstakes period for http://fireglass.com/ipad entries. Limit one (1) entry per person/Facebook account per day during the Sweepstakes period for http://facebook.com/techglassprod entries.
Six (6) Grand Prizes: One (1) winner will be selected each month for six (6) months in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received based on the monthly entry chart below to win the new iPad (estimated retail value, $499).
TIMING: begins May 14, 2012 at 12:01 a.m. PDT, and ends November 14, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. PDT
ELIGIBILITY: open only to design professionals and glaziers who are legal residents of the United States or Canada who have reached 18 years of age and the age of majority in their state or province of residence at time of entry.
