THIS SCHICK HYDRO® HAVE A BLAST PHASE II SWEEPSTAKES ("SWEEPSTAKES") IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY AND SHALL BE GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW. DO NOT ENTER UNLESS YOU ARE ELIGIBLE AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Energizer Personal Care, LLC ("Sponsor"), its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, agents, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate families and household members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and/or "step") of each are not eligible to participate or win. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. In order to enter the Sweepstakes or receive a prize, you must fully comply with the Official Rules, and by entering you agree to be bound by these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all respects.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Sweepstakes begins May 16, 2012 at 12:00:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Daylight Time ("EDT") and ends on June 12, 2012 at 12:00:00 p.m. (noon) EDT (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The Sweepstakes Period is divided into four (4) entry periods (each an "Entry Period") as stated below. Each Entry Period begins on a Wednesday and ends on a Tuesday.

3. TO ENTER: Visit the Schick Hydro Have a Blast II Sweepstakes application on the Facebook Platform. You can also find the application on the Have a Blast tab on the Schick Hydro Facebook page on http://www.facebook.com/HydroExperience ("Web Site"). You must "like" the Schick Hydro Facebook page to access the Schick Hydro Have a Blast Sweepstakes" application on the Web Site. Then, follow the online instructions to completely fill out all of the required fields on the online entry form and click submit to receive one (1) entry into the random drawing for that particular Entry Period. All entries must be received and recorded during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor's computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes. No other forms of entry are valid. Entries via automated programs, bots or third-party services is prohibited. Limit one (1) entry per person/e-mail address/Facebook account per day. A "day" is defined as the 24 hours between 12:00:00 a.m. EDT and the following 11:59:59 p.m. except for the first day of the Sweepstakes Period which begins at 12:00:00 p.m. EDT (noon) and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT and the last day of the Sweepstakes Period, which begins at 12:00:00 a.m. EDT and ends at 12:00:00 p.m. (noon) EDT. Entries by the same person in excess of the limit stated herein will be void. Entries submitted to the Web Site will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of the entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Those who do not follow all of the instructions, provide the required information in their registration form, or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of Sponsor may be disqualified.

4. RANDOM DRAWINGS; ODDS OF WINNING: Two (2) Grand Prize winners and five (5) First Prize winners will be selected for each Entry Period in a random drawing to be held on or about the Drawing Date listed in Rule #2 from among all eligible entries received during the corresponding Entry Period. Non-winning entries will carry forward to subsequent Entry Period drawings, if any. All drawings will be conducted by an independent judging agency, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received for a given drawing. Limit one (1) prize per person/address/household.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential prize winners will be notified by phone, mail and/or email within two (2) weeks of the applicable drawing date. Sponsor is not responsible for any change in entrant's telephone number, mailing address, and/or email. Prizes won by an eligible entrant who is a minor in his or her state of residence may be awarded to a minor's parent or legal guardian who must sign and return all documents. Winners (or winner's parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) may be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, and, where lawful, Publicity Release within fourteen (14) days of prize notification. If attempted notification or any prize is returned as undeliverable, if any required documents are not returned within the required number of days, if winner cannot be verified, or if winner is otherwise unable to accept the prize as stated, prize may be forfeited. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address and/or telephone number of entrants. Potential winners are subject to verification, including verification of age. If a Potential Winner is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, or if prize notification or any prize is returned as undeliverable, the Potential Winner will be disqualified. In the event that a Potential Winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate entrant who will also be selected randomly, even if the disqualified Potential Winner's name may have been publicly announced.

6. PRIZES: Grand Prizes (8 total; 2 per Entry Period): Each Grand Prize winner will receive a PlayStation® Vita Prize Pack which includes one (1) PS Vita with Uncharted: Golden Abyss™ game and one (1) PS Vita Starter Kit. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $389.99 each. First Prizes (20 total; 5 per Entry Period): Each First Prize winner will receive a $75.00 JackThreads gift card. Gift cards are subject to terms and conditions as stated on the gift card. ARV: $75.00 each. Total ARV of all prizes is $4,619.92. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Winner is solely responsible for all state, federal and local taxes on the prize. No transfer, refund, substitution or replacement of prize permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value (or cash equivalent). If any paperwork or prize is returned as undeliverable, prize may be forfeited. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

Winner acknowledges that Sponsor has not made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize (if any) are subject to the respective manufacturers' terms therefore, and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee.

PUBLICITY RELEASE; USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION: Except where prohibited or restricted by law, winner's (and his/her parent/legal guardian if a winner is a minor) acceptance of prize constitutes winner's agreement and consent for Sponsor to use and/or publish each winner's full name, city and state of residence, photographs or other likenesses, pictures, portraits, voice, testimonials, biographical information (in whole or in part), and/or statements made by winner regarding the Sweepstakes or Sponsor, worldwide and in perpetuity for any and all purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, trade and/or promotion on behalf of Sponsor, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised, including, but not limited to, print, TV, radio, electronic, cable or World Wide Web, without further limitation, restriction, compensation, notice, review or approval. 8. NO TAMPERING; RIGHT TO CANCEL, MODIFY: Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors shall not have any obligation or responsibility, including any responsibility to award any prize to entrants, with regard to: (a) entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with or violate the Official Rules, as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion; (b) entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer, human or technical error of any kind; (c) entrants who have committed fraud or deception in entering or participating in the Sweepstakes or claiming a prize; (d) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (e) any inability of the winner to accept the prize for any reason; (f) if a prize cannot be awarded due to delays or interruptions due to Acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, weather or any other similar event beyond Sponsor's reasonable control; or (g) any damages, injuries or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from awarding, acceptance, possession, use, misuse, loss or misdirection of any prize or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or any prize-related activities. If Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that technical difficulties or unforeseen events compromise the integrity or viability of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to void the entries at issue, and/or terminate the relevant portion of the Sweepstakes, including the entire Sweepstakes, and/or modify the Sweepstakes and/or conduct a random drawing to award the prize(s) using all eligible entries received as of the termination date. If the Sweepstakes is terminated or modified due to technical difficulties or unforeseen events prior to the expiration date of the Promotion Period, notice will be posted at the Web Site.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY; DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY; FORUM SELECTION CLAUSE: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants and winners (and their parent(s)/legal guardian(s) if entrants/winners are minors) agree (a) to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Facebook, Inc., their respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors, from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury (including emotional distress), and/or death which may occur in connection with preparation for, or participation in, the Sweepstakes, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of the prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity and for any claims or causes of action based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery; (b) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys' fees and court costs. Entrants and winners acknowledge that Sponsor has neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representations or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including, but not limited to, express warranties provided by the manufacturer of the goods or its affiliates. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize (if any) are subject to the respective manufacturers' terms therefore, and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee. Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Missouri without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Missouri, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Missouri. In addition, any dispute relating to the Sweepstakes (including these Official Rules) shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal court having jurisdiction over the subject matter located in St. Louis, Missouri. Entrants hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum non conveniens or lack of personal jurisdiction they may have.
