My hubby is the greatest heart We spun that hub on the aluminum prop and we have been running the steel prop since then. It ate more gas because of the pitch being different, but we didn't want to switch the hub and change out to the aluminum prop before this past weekend, as we wanted to go to Philly for the fireworks. We were afraid if we did so, it would be the coupler that went bad, and it would mean taking out the boat engine. So we ran that steel prop until the weekend was over, and switched back to the aluminum prop with the new hub casing. We took her out for a test spin and luck is a lady - she ran great and that prop is running fabulous Woot Woot I give my hubby all the credit in the world for being able to do all this underwater Faint Isn't easy handling a heavy steel prop and not dropping it into the river OMG skeery to be watching this from the dock as he is doing this - and praying don't drop it into the river Pray What a trooper he is, in all this heat doing this heart

Woo, coming up on one year since I got shipped to rehab. Have done it without a single relapse and beat crazy odds. Finally starting to feel good about myself again which is really nice.

Congrats! You seem very happy and content with life...just the way things should be!

Those dark times can sometimes haunt us, but they are also the battle scars to show what we have survived. When you've been through hell, not much seems to pose a threat afterwards!

Thank you Smilie it hasn't been an easy year by any stretch but the last 3 months have really started to brighten up. I spent 4 long years as a very heavy drug user and the last 2 were really hell on earth. I'm very lucky I survived ... Multiple overdoses, starvation, delusions... It was no fun.
