Timing: begins at 9:00 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time) on 5/17/12. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) on 6/24/12.
Limit: one entry per person.
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington DC (EXCLUDING RESIDENTS OF OVERSEAS MILITARY INSTALLATIONS, PUERTO RICO, AND OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES) who as of 5/17/12 are 21 years of age or older.

Prize: One (1) winner will receive the following prize (the "Prize"):
• Round-trip coach airfare from the major gateway airport nearest Winner's residence to New York for one (1) winner and one (1) travel companion;

• Access into Us Weekly's "25 Most Stylish New Yorkers" party (the "Event").
