1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase of My Dirty Jobs will not improve the chance of winning. Void where prohibited. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws. Participation requires Internet access.
2. WHO CAN PARTICIPATE? To participate in the "Mike Rowe's Dirtiest Dirty Jobs Giveaway" you must:
• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry submission.
• Be a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, including APO/FPO addresses excluding Puerto Rico.
• Employees of Ignite Media Solutions, LLC, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, web site providers or other parties involved in any aspect with the creation, production, operation, execution and fulfillment of "Mike Rowe's Dirtiest Dirty Jobs Giveaway" and the immediate family members (parents, siblings, children and spouse) and/or those living in the same household (whether or not related) of each are not eligible to win.
3. CONTEST PERIOD. The "Mike Rowe's Dirtiest Dirty Jobs Giveaway" will take place beginning on Monday, May 14, 2012 at 9:00 AM (EDST) and ending on Monday, June 25, 2012 at 11:59:59 PM (EDST)
• Entries will be accepted beginning at 09:00:00 AM (EDST) on May 14, 2012 and ending at 11:59:59 PM (EDST) on June 25, 2012.
• Shortly after 11:59:59 PM on June 25, 2012, one winner will be selected by a random drawing.
• The winner will be announced shortly after the random drawing.
4. HOW TO ENTER. In order for Entrant to enter, he or she must participate in "Mike Rowe's Dirtiest Dirty Jobs Giveaway" and correctly identify what job Mike is doing by completing the submission form, at www.mydirtyjobs
Entries will be tracked and verified by the Sponsor using tracking websites and software as deemed appropriate by the Sponsor.
Before you will be allowed to participate, you must expressly agree and consent to be bound by the terms of service and privacy policy of www.mydirtyjobs
CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL ENTRIES. By submitting an Entry (or accepting any prize), each Entrant understands and agrees that their Entry and name may be posted online, without further compensation or review, and will not be returned. Sponsor reserves the right to crop any Entry in whole or in part or request submitters to do so, in order to be viewable online. Entrant further agrees to release Sponsor from any and all claims that any such use by Sponsor, including any commercial advertising presentation, web content or any other material subsequently produced, presented and/or prepared by or on behalf of Sponsor, infringes the Entrant's rights with regard to any elements, characters or ideas contained in its Entry.
Content must be intended for a family audience and must, in the sole and unfettered discretion of the Sponsor, be suitable for a general audience and must not contain any nudity, sexually explicit, disparaging, libelous or other inappropriate content. (a) Entry must not contain any commercial content that promotes any product or service other than the Sponsor's. (b) Entry must not contain any trademarks, copyrighted works or other intellectual property (other than as owned by the Entrant). (c) Any elements appearing in an Entry, must be the Entrant's own original work, created solely by the Entrant. Use of anything that is not the Entrant's own original work, may result in disqualification. (d) Sponsor reserves the right to reject any Entry that it deems, in its sole discretion, to violate any of these content related requirements. If the content of the Entry does not meet the requirements listed above, the Entry will be removed.
5. THE PRIZE. One Entrant will be selected at random to receive six (6) containers of Dirty Jobs Complete Heavy-Duty Stain Remover, each containing 52 ounces, which is deemed to be a one-year supply. Entrant must provide Sponsor with his/her name and shipping address with shipping address at time of entry. Prize will be shipped to the winning Entrant. No interest will be paid for the time between the date the winner is chosen and the date that the prize is issued. Winner under the laws of winner's state of residence are responsible for the reporting and payment of all federal, state and local taxes incurred by the acceptance of the prize.
The prize cannot be assigned, transferred, exchanged or otherwise redeemed. Sponsor is not responsible for any costs associated with accepting or otherwise using the prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agents to use winner's name, likeness, and Entry Piece for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Ignite Media Solutions, LLC will not retain liability for technical failures of the merchandise chosen or damage incurred in the shipping or delivery of the merchandise, or delays in delivery that may occur on behalf of the manufacturer.
6. HOW DO I WIN? At the conclusion of the contest period, the Winner will be selected by a random drawing of an Entry that was submitted during the course of the Contest.
The prize will be mailed directly to the winner to the mailing address provided upon submission. Exact means of contact is at the Sponsor's discretion. If a potential Winner refuses to accept the prize, or has entered incorrect shipping information, the potential Winner will be disqualified.
7. IDEA SUBMISSION. GEOTHERMAL WELL DRILLING
This is only an unverified guess, because I didn't enter the contest. Since there's no penalty for a wrong answer, it might be worth it to give it a try.
