Sweepstakes begins on or about 12:00:00 noon (all times are Eastern Time or "ET") on May 23, 2012, and ends 11:59:59 a.m. on June 22, 2012.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time and who have an active e-mail account and Internet access prior to the beginning of the Sweepstakes.

Limit of one entry per person or e-mail address during the Promotion Period, unless additional entries are earned by inviting friends ("Friends Entry"), and each entry per person or email address must be unique.
Invite Friends Entry: Upon completion of your entry into the Sweepstakes, you may refer your friends to this Sweepstakes (each an "Invited Friend"). You will receive one (1) additional entry for each Invited Friend who enters the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period via the invitation that you send using the invite friend option on Facebook (each, a "Friend Entry"). There are no limits to the number of Invited Friends you may refer to the Sweepstakes.
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a three day day/two night trip for two (2) to New York, New York ("Location") to attend the Nautica Spring 2013 Fashion Presentation on Friday, September 7, 2012 commencing at 2:00 P.M. Grand Prize consists of:
- round-trip, coach class air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from a major commercial airport nearest winner's primary residence, as determined by Sponsor to Location (or ground transportation at Sponsor's discretion if winner lives within 120 miles of Location),
- three (3) day/two (2) night hotel accommodations (one double occupancy standard room and room tax only) at the W Hotel, located at 541 Lexington Avenue, New York, NY,
- an American Express prepaid gift card with a retail value of $300 (subject to terms and conditions; for details visit www.americanexp
- round trip car service from airport to the W Hotel (ARV $300).
Total ARV of the Grand Prize is $2,250, depending on location of winner's residence and price of airfare and hotel at time of booking. Should the actual value be lower than the stated ARV when prize is procured and fulfilled, the difference in the two amounts will not be awarded. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, including but not limited to, transportation to/from airport/hotel, meals, insurance, telephone charges, personal expense, gratuities, and additional hotel amenities or fees are the responsibility of winner and guest. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary including same departure and return dates as specified by the Sponsor. If winner cannot travel on scheduled travel date, then the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate if there is sufficient time to notify an alternate winner. If winner cannot travel after all travel arrangements are made and paid, then the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner and/or travel companion. Winner's travel companion will also be required to sign a Liability/Publicity Release (where legal) and if the companion is a minor, the winner must be that minor's parent or legal guardian and must execute a Liability/Publicity Release on behalf of the minor. Travel companion must be 18 or older. Winner and guest are solely responsible for obtaining the proper travel documentation (e.g., valid photo IDs) prior to travel. Accommodations are subject to availability. All travel arrangements are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Arrangements for the fulfillment of the prize will be made by Sponsor.
Ten (10) First Prize Winners will be awarded a natuica.com gift card with a retail face value of $250.00 (for use on-line only, terms and conditions on gift card apply). Total ARV of First Prizes is $2,500.00
