Grand Prize: (1 winner) Trip for the Grand Prize Winner and four guests to attend the 2013 MLB All-Star Game Experience with Cal Ripken Jr.(Location TBD). The 2013 MLB All-Star Game Experience includes: round trip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guests from a major U.S. gateway airport closest to the Grand Prize Winner's residence in the United States to a major U.S. gateway airport closest to the 2013 MLB All-Star Game Experience (Location TBD); hotel accommodations (three standard rooms, double-occupancy) for 3-nights; five tickets for Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guests to attend the 2013 MLB Home Run Derby exhibition; five tickets for Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guests to attend the 2013 MLB All-Star Game; $500 spending money awarded in the form of a check; and five VIP Gift Bags. Exact game(s) and seat locations at 2013 MLB All-Star game, 2013 MLB Home Run Derby as applicable, shall be determined in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. (ARV: $6,500). Grand Prize- 2013 MLB All-Star Game Experience does not include tickets to All-Star Workout Day, MLB All-Star FanFest or any other event or exhibition during the 2013 MLB All-Star Week apart from the 2013 MLB All-Star Game and 2013 MLB Home Run Derby. All details of opportunity to view the game with Cal Ripken Jr. are subject to Mr. Ripken's availability and will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor does not guarantee that Mr. Ripken will be available to view and sit by the winner at the game. In the event the Mr. Ripken is unable to view the game with the winner, no compensation and substitution will be provided; however, remainder of prize package will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner.
