Sweepstakes begins at approximately 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 06/01/12 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 08/31/12 ("Sweepstakes Period").
Open to legal US residents of the US excluding residents of California. Must be 21 years of age or older.

Sweepstakes Period is comprised of thirteen (13) weekly periods (each referred to as an "Entry Period"):
Limit of one entry per person per email address per Entry Period. In case of multiple entries within any one Entry Period from any one person or e-mail address, only the first entry will be accepted.
On or around each Drawing Date, one (1) winner will be selected, subject to confirmation of eligibility, from among all eligible entries received by the close of each Entry Period. Non winning entries from each Entry Period remain eligible for subsequent drawings.
PRIZES (13 winners): Each Winner will be notified by phone or e-mail and will be awarded the following prize: one (1) $100 gift card to either REI or Eastern Mountain Sports (Winner's choice). Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each Prize is $100.
Total ARV for all Prizes to be awarded is $1,300. Limit of one (1) Prize per person during the Sweepstakes Period.
