Chiquita Banana Fan Fun Sweepstakes ~ 8/31/12

Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 am Eastern Time ("ET") on 06/01/12 and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on 08/31/12.

Open only to permanent legal residents of forty-four (44) of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia [the six (6) states excluded are Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada and Wyoming], who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, as of the date of their entry.

There are two possible mediums that can be used to receive Weekly Entries (and therefore Grand Prize Entries) into the Sweepstakes:

A) Via The Chiquita Fan Fun Application: During the Sweepstakes Period, entrants may download the Sweepstakes Application to their iPhone or Android device only. It is free to download the Sweepstakes Application. Then, during an applicable Weekly Entry Period, entrants can follow the instructions in the Sweepstakes Application to provide all required information in order to sign-up for the Sweepstakes. As noted in the chart below, simply by signing-up for the Sweepstakes, entrant(s) will earn one (1) Weekly Entry into the applicable Weekly Entry Period in which they signed-up. Moving forward, once signed-up, entrants can earn Weekly Entries into the corresponding Weekly Entry Period(s) in which they perform any of the below detailed actions. Activities must be performed during an applicable Weekly Entry Period to be eligible, as determined solely by Administrator's tracking information. When participating via the Sweepstakes Application, as detailed below, there will also be leaderboard points ("Leaderboard Points") awarded to entrant(s) for performing certain activities within the Sweepstakes Application, including but not limited to, the below detailed activities. These Leaderboard Points are solely for competitive fun purposes inside the Sweepstakes Application, and HAVE NO EFFECT on entrants' ability and/or chances of winning a Regional or Grand Prize in this Sweepstakes.

B) Via the AMOE Website: During an applicable Weekly Entry Period, entrants can visit http://fanfunsweepstakes.com/home.aspx
Entry Forms must be submitted during an applicable Weekly Entry Period to be eligible, as determined solely by Administrator's tracking. When participating via the AMOE Website, Leaderboard Points will not be awarded.
· The first time an entrant submits the AMOE Entry Form, he/she will receive six (6) Weekly Entries, or however many Weekly Entries it takes for them to reach the Weekly Entry limit for the applicable Weekly Entry Period (i.e., if they had already earned Weekly Entries via the Sweepstakes Application for that Weekly Entry Period).
· Moving forward, each subsequent time an entrant submits the AMOE Entry Form, he/she will receive five (5) Weekly Entries, or however many Weekly Entries it takes for them to reach the Weekly Entry limit for the applicable Weekly Entry Period (i.e., if they had already earned Weekly Entries via the Sweepstakes Application for that Weekly Entry Period).

Regardless of method of entry, no entrant, regardless of email address utilized, will receive more than the stated number of allowable Weekly Entries, Per Weekly Entry Period, as detailed in the chart below. Weekly Entries WILL NOT carry forward into subsequent Monthly Drawings, if any.

Grand Prize: The Grand Prize Drawing will award the following Grand Prize Package to the confirmed Grand Prize Winner. The "Chiquita Fan Fun Package" will consist of the following elements:
(a) round-trip coach class air transportation for the Grand Prize winner and three (3) guests from a major U.S. (44 included states only) airport near Grand Prize winner's home (as determined by Sponsor), to a major U.S. airport near the destination where the Grand Prize winner's favorite professional baseball team plays its Spring Training games (Sponsor reserves final decision of destination);
(b) Two (2) standard double occupancy rooms at a Sponsor selected hotel within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio of brands near the determined destination, for three (3) nights each, awarded in the form of a HiltonHonors Vouchers (all standard and stated terms and conditions apply);
(c) one (1) check in the amount of five hundred dollars ($500) which can be used toward a rental car for the duration of the trip
(d) Four (4) admission tickets/passes to the Sponsor selected Spring Training Game;
(e) one (1) MLB licensed jacket, jersey, baseball cap, bat and ball of their favorite professional baseball team; and
(f) one (1) NIKON Coolpix 16.1 Megapixel Digital Camera with 26x optical zoom and HD Movie Mode.
ARV of the Grand Prize is five thousand dollars ($5,000).

Total ARV of all prizes awarded in this Sweepstakes is thirty three thousand five hundred and forty five dollars ($33,545). There is a limit of one (1) First Prize, Second Prize and Third Prize per person/household, regardless of email address used, however, winner(s) of a First Prize, Second Prize, and/or Third Prize are still eligible to win the Grand Prize.
