SeaWorld Endless Adventures Sweepstakes ~ 7/24/12 (Facebook)

Sweepstakes begins on June 19, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on July 24, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. ET.

Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, and where prohibited.

How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, visit any of the following Facebook pages:

SeaWorld San Antonio (http://www.facebook.com/#!/SeaWorldSanAntonio).

Each SeaWorld Facebook page will be its own separate Entry Pool. Follow the links and instructions to complete the Sweepstakes registration form including your valid email address, and complete the featured challenge activity in order to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Limit: Each person may enter one (1) time per week per Entry Pool during the Promotion Period, for a total of five (5) entries per Entry Pool during the Promotion Period. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, a week is defined as beginning on a Tuesday and ending the following Monday, except the last week during the Promotion Period which will begin on Tuesday July 17, 2012 and end on Tuesday July 24, 2012. Entries from one Entry Pool will not be combined with another Entry Pool.

Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

Administrator will randomly select one (1) potential Sweepstakes winner for each Entry Pool from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period for that Entry Pool, on or around July 30, 2012. Entries from one Entry Pool will not be combined with entries from another Entry Pool. The potential winners will be notified by email.

Prizes: THREE (3) GRAND PRIZES (1 per Entry Pool):

For the SeaWorld Orlando Entry Pool: A trip for four (4) to SeaWorld Orlando. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a Southwest Airlines destination airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Orlando, FL; three (3) nights' accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, quad occupancy); a mid-size rental car for the length of stay; admission for four (4) to SeaWorld Orlando and Aquatica Orlando; an Aquatica Orlando Standard Cabana for one (1) day for (4) people; four (4) All Day Dine vouchers for SeaWorld Orlando; four (4) Banana Beach All-Day Passes for dining at Aquatica; four (4) Unlimited Quick Queue passes for SeaWorld Orlando for one (1) day; and admission for four (4) to a exclusive park experience at SeaWorld Orlando consisting of either a Dolphins Up-Close Tour, Behind the Scenes Tour, or a Sea Lions Up Close Tour. For the SeaWorld San Diego Entry Pool: A trip for four (4) to SeaWorld San Diego. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a Southwest Airlines destination airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to San Diego, CA; three (3) nights' accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, quad occupancy); a mid-size rental car for the length of stay; admission for four (4) to SeaWorld San Diego for duration of visit; four (4) All Day Dine vouchers for SeaWorld San Diego for one (1) day, four (4) Unlimited Quick Queue passes for SeaWorld San Diego; and admission for four (4) to an exclusive park experience at SeaWorld San Diego consisting of either a Dolphin Spotlight Tour, Animal Spotlight Tour, or Penguin Up-Close Tour. ARV: $3,407.

For the SeaWorld San Antonio Entry Pool: A trip for four (4) to SeaWorld San Antonio. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a Southwest Airlines destination airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to San Antonio, TX; three (3) nights' accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, quad occupancy); mid-size rental car for length of stay; admission for four (4) to SeaWorld San Antonio and Aquatica San Antonio; admission for four (4) to an exclusive park experience at SeaWorld San Antonio consisting of either the Dolphin Discovery Tour, Behind the Scenes Tour, or Sea Lions Up-Close Tour; an Aquatica Standard Cabana for one (1) day for (4) people; four (4) All Day Dine vouchers for one (1) day; four (4) meal vouchers for Aquatica San Antonio; and four (4) Quick Queue passes for one (1) day at SeaWorld San Antonio. ARV: $3,179.

For all Prizes: Winning party is responsible for transportation and travel to a Southwest Airlines destination airport for departure flight. If winner does not meet requirements for rental car, that portion of the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Winner must complete the trip within one (1) year from the drawing date or prize will be forfeited. Trip must be booked at least twenty-one (21) days prior to departure. Trip subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be round trip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes and those set forth by the Sponsor's airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, gratuities, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Unless child of winner, travel companions must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure or a sibling/friend of winner with the appropriate parental permissions and releases and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. If winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, travel companion must be winner's parent/legal guardian. Travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for round trip air travel at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Terms and conditions of all tickets, passes, and vouchers apply. Sponsor is not responsible if any event or activity is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor's sole discretion. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize or a prize component for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Odds of winning a Sweepstakes prize depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable Entry Pool during the Promotion Period. Limit: of one (1) prize per person.
