Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on Friday, June 1, 2012 at 12:00:01 A.M. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on Saturday, June 29, 2012 at 11:59:59 P.M. ET ("Sweepstakes Entry Period").
Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to U.S.A. legal residents who reside in one of the fifty (50) United States or Washington, D.C. and are eighteen (18) years of age or older on the date of entry.
Limit: one (1) Entry per week, per person, email address or Facebook® account.
The random drawings in this Sweepstakes will be held at 10:30 AM EST on: Monday, June 11, 2012; Monday, June 18, 2012; Monday, June 25; and Monday, July 2, 2012. The first eleven (11) entries drawn at each random drawing will be declared the "Winners" (each a "Winner").
Prizes: The first Entry selected at each random drawing will receive the prize of one (1) Proto 22-Piece 1/4" & 3/8" Drive 6-Point Socket Set Model No. J47152 (approximate retail value $200.00 each), and the next ten (10) Entries selected at each random drawing will each receive the prize of one (1) 5-5/8" Self-Retracting Safety Utility Knife Model No. 10-189C (approximate retail value $5.00 each). The total approximate retail value of all prizes in this Sweepstakes is $1,000.
Limit one (1) prize per person, email address or Facebook® account. The Winners who win a Proto 22-Piece 1/4" & 3/8" Drive 6-Point Socket Set prize must also complete, signed and return to Sponsor an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release form ("Winner's Release form") before their prize will be shipped to them.
