Son of a bitch!!!! DW's radiator has a leak. I was just going to put some stop leak in there, but I've read it doesn't last very long and can cause worse problems if used repeatedly. Well there goes another $400. Ranting

Hmmmm...don't know much about booze. (I, um, haven't ever had any. Unsure I figure the vanilla in the oatmeal doesn't count, since any alcohol would be cooked off before it's done.) But I'm probably even worse with seducing guys, since I've never tried doing that either.

I am *no* help at all today. Sadwalk I guess the answer would have to depend on how you were using the booze before. Was it for you or your seductee?

(I would have thought you'd be the expert here, what with all that I've heard about the irresistibility of feminine Wiles.)

I don't know if they're all the same, but I've seen some radiators that had gotten the leak stopper treatment and they looked like they were coated in a thick, not-very-heat-conductive layer throughout the inside. So, "not leaking" is good, but adding an insulating layer does cut into the point of having a radiator in the first place.

But perhaps the hottest part of this summer is finally behind us. I certainly don't miss the times with my previous car that I'd have to keep the heat running inside full-blast to keep it from overheating when the temperatures climbed above 90. (Heart--and all other body parts--warming as it may have been.)
