I'm wrapped on "Where Shadows Fear to Dance" (No, I was not involved in the title selection.) but trying to sort out the post-production workflow and all the hardware and software involved at the studio is a continuing adventure. Unfortunately, it has resulted in what I can only hope is the temporary situation that if I'm not there, they're usually calling me about something computer-related. ("No, go ahead and try turning the monitor on. It'll probably come on just fine and nothing will blow up.)
I did find out that the slowness and lockups on another system appear to be the result of trying to render 4K footage with both Windows and After Effects swap space set to zero--and having all the source and destination files on an external hard drive connected by USB 2.0.

I've gotten down to 165 twice on lowcarb, but that's as far as I've ever taken it. At that weight my waist is under 27", which is good for the V-taper look, but lowcarb does make all your muscles look little by draining their glycogen stores, so that's a definite drawback.
