You've got the basics down. You've got to use it fresh, keep it cold, and cook the sausage almost immediately (within a day or two) after preparing it. The issue is, blood is the perfect medium for bacteria to breed. For many years in Louisiana, health laws prevented sausage makers from selling boudin noir (black boudin) made with pork blood. With more modern methods of refrigeration and sanitation, it's again being allowed. FYI, the Germans also prepare blutwurst, a blood sausage.

I started pumping again. I noticed the difference in my baby now that she solely drinks formula.

She's gassier, fussier, she poops way more and it's giving her rashes. Plus, I like the breastfeeding/bonding time.

My boobs failed at doing their job, so both kiddos had to do formula. Formula poop smells awful, and soy formula poop is just evil Sick

I wasn't producing/pumping as much milk so I just kinda gave up. I'm going to start taking supplements and pumping & breastfeeding more. Plus, it also helps with losing weight.
