Yep, that election was pretty low too.
I don't want to get into bashing past politicians.. but I agree, they both sucked. Gore would've been a nightmare too.

I am sure our founding fathers are rolling over in their graves in pain right now.. They figured they put great thought into preventing this country from going into the toilet. But they assumed that people running for political office were basically volunteers helping their countries, not career politicians in it to make themselves and their friends/special interests rich.. sigh..

I think there's about a 50% chance of the federal government collapsing in my lifetime. All it's going to take is for the ability to borrow money to dry up, which is inevitable.

I think the collapse is imminent, but it won't be like an Apocalypse; it will just knock us back about 50 years technologically. I just wonder what the majority of people on food stamps are going to do when they realize they have to do something productive in order to eat.
