I got a lot done on my amplifier yesterday, but I'm stuck at one point. I asked the manufacturer a question via e-mail, now I'm just waiting on his reply. He's been really helpful so far, especially on a holiday weekend. I'd really like to get this puppy put back together before the end of the day, today.

Finally, the amplifier is all re-assembled. Now comes the less fun stuff:
a) Plug it in and turn it on - - hope it doesn't explode in a ball of flames
b) Adjust/set the bias voltage - easy enough
c) Adjust/set the offset voltage - easy enough

d) connect speakers and MP3 player - Rock out

Ugh.....7 hours of more burning, and it doesn't look like I've made a dent. My back hurts; I over-extended a bicep; and I'm sun burnt. Faint
