If you want a relationship you need to learn to treat the girls as people. Sit down with them in the dining hall and be fun and friendly. Don't be afraid of getting shot down, it will happen, it's no big deal. Easiest way to ask someone out is say "it was nice meeting you and I would love to do it again, here is my phone number, give me a call; I'd love to take you out to dinner"
