Depends on if you're still actually good friends with them. Both of my ex's are on the East Coast and I still talk to them periodically and when they're in town we go out for beers to catch up. I think I sent one a Woot shirt because it reminded me of him and made me laugh. So if they're fun and relaxed friendships that just happened to have history, I don't think it's a bad thing.

Just remember, when moving forward with someone new, they might not understand that it's a friendship and get jealous and create lots and lots of tension. You just have to work through things with your new SO...

Phrozt doesn't really like it that I talk to my ex's but he's gotten to the point that he knows I'm with him and I just keep up friendships like no other...I collect people...once in my life it's hard as hell to get outta it!!!

Blaaaaah, a client will be on-site tomorrow and wants to meet me. I've managed to find reasons to be elsewhere all the other times he's been here, but I don't know that I have anything I can pull tomorrow. Already worked from home yesterday since I had a sick kid, and I have vacation Thurs/Fri of next week.
My main issue is that there's seldom been a conference call I've had with him where I didn't come away lowering my estimation of his intelligence, and I've used formal terminology to tell him where to stick it on a number of calls. As long as he doesn't try to take me out for a meal...
