The study was done in African nations.

IIRC it has to do with the sexual friction and that either the foreskin or the uncut penis essentially bleeds easier. I dont recall if the study was just heterosexual or hetero and gay. But I recall it mentioning the transmission rates specifically from male to female.

that study is a lie... i have seen many a twig and berries of which many were missles and they are way more sensitive

the cleaning part comes from it being warm and moist and it could get kicking if left alone but if you watch any home improvement show they will tell you it doesnt matter how nice your tools are, if you dont take care of them they will break
