Whenever I go to Target, it feels like a ghost town. It's weird. I'm angry with mine since it never seems to have any of the great clearance deals that everyone else gets. And it's out of the way.
And the Walmart I go to must be upscale compared to the ones people are used to, it's rare to see a People of Walmart-worthy entry there.
