I keep it in a kool dry place, so it should last a while, but hey, I get them at great prices and cannot resist. Plus, I gotta get the ladiesheartheart But now, I like smelling nice, I got something for daily wear, I tend to use AdG everyday anyway, this one (Voyage) should be a nice change.

School year just started today, talked to a couple today, nothing much else. I only had two classes today, Microecon. and my PE class.

Although I had one interesting encounter, much of been a first yr. maybe? Anyway, she/her family much have been loaded, her parents got her a brand new $700 or so road bike, the chain popped off and she did not know how to fix it. She tapped me on the shoulder at a red light and asked me if I know anything about it, put the chain back on, done in 30 secs. I like helping others within my ability.

His tux will cost 150, DH's 160 (he's an usher), my bridesmaid dress was 150, DD's dress, 2 nights in a hotel..

I'm afraid to tally up the total spent thus far Weeping
Fortunately I have a few tuxes and an assortment of tuxedo shirts, cummerbunds, ties, studs&cufflinks, and the like. (Though there's a place in town that carries tuxedos with tails--both black and white--and I'm awfully tempted to get some of those, even though I don't know how often I'd use them.)

Not too fond of expensive weddings, though. And I have a dislike of those wedding registers where each guest can pony up $120 for a plate in the couple's selected style...that they will never actually use because they'll end up with a dinner plate, two salad forks, and eight butter dishes.

One of my brothers decided to have his on a cruise--so not only did it cost thousands of dollars to attend, but it also required taking off a couple of weeks to do it. These things probably seem a lot more romantic if you don't have deadlines and work to do.

It's amazing when I meet happy couples who actually are happy. It gives me hope that it can happen...
I know a few (and a triple, too, who are still happy together after twenty years), so it does happen.

Personally, I always pictured the ideal couple as being a bit like Gomez and Morticia....

Not yet! I told you I'm a slacker on movies! When I'm done with arrested development.
Me too. But this is where I get my movie recommendations. Smilie I have picked up seasons one and two of Archer and one of Adventure Time. There's a good chance I'll be firing up "The Avengers" (which arrived today) beforehand, though. It's got superheroes in it, ya know. Superman

My parents have been together over 40 years and still act like teenagers in love Cloud9 I think that's why I don't settle. I'm waiting for something big and awesome.

Doh I have to watch Archer before Magic Mike. I'm the King of movie/tv slackers laugh out loud
