It doesn't help! I slept from 10pm-5:30ish this morning and Im so tired laugh out loud

4-5 hrs seems to work best for me.

I'm trying to wean off caffeine/soda again.. Only 4 days in.
I've been taking extra melatonin and going to bed earlier.
I think it probably takes about a month or so to restore things.. at least I am hoping.
It was a little easier to get out of bed in this morning.

I can breeze through 24 hrs no problem. Once it hits the 30 hr mark, thats when everything starts going downhill laugh out loud
