I fell asleep in my chair about 8:30 last night, went to bed, and didn't wake up until 8:00 this morning, and I *still* feel sleepy. The weather isn't helping much, either. It's grey and misty and just damned dreary.

Yea, I do that at times too.
I'm trying to make a new commitment to good sleep health.
Although, like most of my commitments, it will probably fall by the wayside laugh out loud

The jet lag is killing me. I'm keeping strange hours now. Pass out at 6, wake up at midnight, doze until 3, rinse and repeat.

I've actually been so tired recently that I'm starting to be able to fall asleep without Phrozt in bed with me. The month of October is SOOOOO busy and it's all icky out that I'm really just tired of existing...why don't people get to hibernate?
