So i took my car for the stupid fraudulent state inspection, and they told me my car won't pass since the parking break won't engage. WTF? You mean that bar in between the two seats that I HAVE NEVER USED? It's for parking! It has nothing to do with operating the vehicle while driving. So I had to fork out $100 for them to "fix" it which means they gave it a good cleaning. And that is seriously what they said -- that they had to clean it. I got back in the car after paying, and they had broken all of the exterior housing to the parking break. I can see all of the gears and everything inside and feel the heat coming up from under the car while I'm driving as it pours through the broken housing. They said they would replace it for free (duh!), but that was back in August. I keep going over there asking where the part is, and every time they act more and more clueless. Ranting

I hate it when I hear someone at another desk talking on the phone about personal crap. When I first started here in tech support there was one guy who was always on the phone yelling at credit collection agencies or his wife all day long.

If contacting corporate doesn't work I'm going to go in there exercising my right to open carry.

She's not that stupid. She'd copy the text and paste it elsewhere, convert the text, and then she'd roll her eyes and get annoyed. Then she'd probably throw a party, happy that I'm gone.

My 1978 Henway just crapped out on me last week, and the later ones are just utter junk. Sheesh, there's just no quality anymore.
