I'd bet human would taste similar to beef or something.
No, they do not, it is usually sugar and some lemon juice with some orange peel thrown in for decoration..
Did you see your friend in class
Hence "long pig".
This idea may have merit.
I generally consume over 3k calories per day, ask how much I care
Supposedly we task like pork.
Hence "long pig".
What kind of food do you eat while there? It always amazes me the access to fresh foods that you really have to go out of your way to get here. What is your favorite meal and what goes in to it? What common food that you have over there do we have hear, and what is the difference in how you prepare or eat it?
Many of the asians that I work with here have a moral code that does not allow them to say "No" to any request. Is that something that comes from years of tradition or is it a spiritual or religious thing?
What advantages do asians cultures have over western cultures whether it be community or morality or whatever?
My favorite meal... there are many, but it will not be anything like you find at a Chinese restaurant, we keep ir pretty simple actually, steamed veggie, or slightly stir-fried stuff. I really enjoy steamed fish, usually bass or some sea fish. Sea cucumber and abalone are very good as well. But those are delicacies, kind of like eating shark fin (yes, I have eaten it before). The biggest difference I would say, is we steam foods more than most other people, and we rarely eat fried foods. Oh, and we do not eat many raw foods either, like raw salads and such, we steam it and eat it.
Now this stuff is mainly in America, in China... you can eat whatever you want, it is much more open. People literally eat every part of an animal, not the unedible parts, but like all the scraps like intestines and such, we eat that. And yes, they eat many diff. animals as well, including the home pets. People even eat exotic animals such as tiger and such, if you can afford it. I have not unfortunately, not that rich...
I answered these parts of the questions very vaguely I feel, if you have any other specifics out of my response or I did not answer it fully, please let me know and I will try my best to answer it again.
As with the saying no bit, I do not find that true, it's just that when we say no, we try to find the most polite way of doing it, or come up with a very good excuse.
As far as cultures, aside from foods and such, there really isnt much of a difference. We are definitely more strict with family morals and respect elders to the highest degree. Other than that, any specifics on culture? I know there is definitely a lot, but I do not have anything off the top of my head, but if you have specifics please ask.

I'm guessing the stomach issues are from vaccines. DS3 had horrible gastro reactions to them. When we stopped them his stomach healed up fine after some medications which weren't working when he was still getting regular rounds of vaccines.
As far as vaccines causing the gastro issues.. unlikely. They've basically been present since birth and before her first vaccine.
We're just going to take it one day at a time until we have a definite answer. Everything is moving so fast right now, its a little crazy! Hopefully we get answers sooner than later
How's the Volvo?
I just don't have time right now...arg...
But it is what you have time for, since I am in college, I use that.
At home, we have a stainless steel two or three tiers steamer, like this:
http://www.amazon.com/Joyce-Chen-...B001D6WZ1C
Although the bottom base is not as large
Steam it and add a touch of soy sauce (not a lot), and you have a nice healthy meal there. If not, just boil some veggies and stir fry them in light oil with some ginger, garlic, and green onions.
Don't forget seasoning in the boiling water or the greens lose their color.
