No, that was a flux capacitor. These are electrolytic capacitors, down in the milli-watts range (think less than one watt, as opposed to 1.21 bajillion watts.)

Wow, it's been years since I've done component-level repair on a piece of computer hardware. (And, oddly enough, the last one was a router as well. Coincidence?)

You haven't met Little Suzie. A half-Farad at 150 volts can give you a few watts (depending on ESR, which I didn't measure, but it made for lots of sparks).
