How often do you watch tv or movies on your own? Because you could do crunches and planks while watching tv...ie hold plank during commercials...do reps of crunches while watching...those kinda things will really help you tone up.

Well. To put it like this... I'm a reasonably active 23-year-old. I am 5' 10" and weigh about 50 pounds less than you (and I'm not exactly skinny). Unless you're pretty built, I'd say that's not a healthy weight.

No, I think only girls wear bell bottoms, those are boot-cut jeans, I have since switched to slim straight, so that problem is fixed now.
