METHOD OF ENTRY: To enter the Sweepstakes, entrants must do one of the following:

A. Via Live Nation App Download ("Download") on iOS or Android device: Download v1.2 or later version of the Live Nation App ("App") to iOS device from the iTunes App store at http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/li...40847?mt=8 or to Android device from the Android Marketplace at: https://play.google.com/store/app...android.na. Follow instructions to successfully install and open the App. Messaging and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for rates. Wireless service not available in all areas. If you are a minor under the law of your jurisdiction of residence, you must have permission of your parent or guardian to enter the Sweepstakes.

B. Via App Update ("Update") for iOS Users ("User"): User who already owns v1.1 of App on iOS should go to the iTunes app store, Update to App 1.2 or later version, and open the App.

C. Via App Communication: User who installed v1.2 of Live Nation App prior to 12:00 PM PT on June 20, 2012 will receive a message via their app inbox with entry instructions. User must follow the instructions that will take user to entry page. User will be required to enter a valid email address and click enter for successful entry.

One entry per valid App ID or email address, as applicable, will be entered into the Sweepstakes. Although subsequent attempts to enter may be received, only entrant's first entry during the specified Sweepstakes entry period will count.

PRIZES: Two (2) Grand Prizes each consisting of one (1) Live Nation Ultimate Access Pass - 2012 National Pass (the "Pass"). The Pass entitles the Pass holder plus one guest access to Live Nation produced concerts at participating Live Nation owned or operated venues in the United States. Participating venues are subject to change at any time. The Pass is only valid for general admission/lawn tickets in 2013. Pass holder must reserve tickets at least seven days prior to event through a dedicated reservation email address. Reservations may be required (3) weeks in advance during December 2013 events. This pass is not eligible for December 31, 2013 events. Tickets will be placed at Will Call under the Pass Holder's name. Winner must be present to pick up tickets; photo ID and Ultimate Access Pass will be required. Tickets to a particular show are not guaranteed. There may be additional service and parking fees charged for each ticket. Not all events listed on www.livenation.com are Live Nation produced events. Not valid for private events or rentals. Some blackout dates may apply. Pass expires December 30, 2013 and may only be used for participating 2013 events. If winner is a Canadian resident, Grand Prize will consist of one (1) Fifteen Hundred Dollar ($1500) Ticketmaster® gift card. The Gift Card can be used for purchases online at www.ticketmaster.com. Approximate Retail Value of each Grand Prize is: Fifteen Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($1,500.00).
