Grand Prize: (1 winner) 4-day/3-night trip for two to Las Vegas, Nevada for winner and one guest to see a Sponsor-specified UFC fight. Prize includes: round-trip coach/economy air transportation for winner and guest from the major airport located closest to winner's residence to Las Vegas, Nevada. If winner resides within 200 miles of Las Vegas, Nevada, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation. No cash or other compensation will be awarded for the difference in value between air transportation and ground transportation; 3-night hotel accommodations (standard room, double-occupancy; hotel to be chosen by Sponsor) in Las Vegas; ground transportation for the winner and guest to/from the airport and the hotel in Las Vegas; $500 spending money (awarded in the form of a check made payable to the winner); two tickets to a UFC fight scheduled to occur on a date and at a location to be announced by Sponsor; and a UFC prize package consisting of: one UFC gym bag; one pair of UFC gloves; one UFC sweatshirt; one UFC water bottle; one Mini UFC encyclopedia; one UFC DVD; one TEAM EDGE signed poster; one TEAM EDGE t-shirt; and one TEAM EDGE embroidered cap. Grand Prize winner and guest must travel on the dates specified by Sponsor which will be prior to February 28, 2013 and will coincide with the date the fight is scheduled. (ARV $5,281.78). Actual value will vary depending on the departure city as determined by Sponsor. Neither winner nor guest will be entitled to the monetary difference between the actual Grand Prize value and the stated approximate value, if any. The Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded. Air transportation and accommodations will be arranged by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for changes or cancellations in connection with the UFC fight, weather conditions, flight delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond Sponsor's control, or for winner's inability to accept prize as stated. Should the Grand Prize winner and/or guest be unable to travel on the dates and at the times designated by Sponsor, the Grand Prize will be forfeited and awarded to a randomly selected alternate entrant, time permitting. Grand Prize winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary and must depart from the same airport. If the Grand Prize winner is under the age of 21, Grand Prize winner's guest must be 21 years of age or older in order to check into the hotel. If the Grand Prize winner's guest is a minor, Grand Prize winner must be his/her legal guardian and must accompany the minor guest at all times. Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents on his/her own behalf, and on behalf of his/her guest. Grand Prize does not (except as expressly stated) include any expenses prior to the winner and guest's departure from or after return to the departure airport; additional transportation or accommodations; incidental hotel charges (such as minibar charges, telephone calls, in-house movies, food and beverages); insurance (such as travel or health coverage); or any other ancillary costs which may be incurred by the winner or guest in relation to the Grand Prize.
