"speeding up to lane change to turn left i shift to second" engine roars! (M5)
i have 5 feet in back and 5 feet in front to change....
10 feet total...used my blinker...and he still pulled me over and wrote me a ticket..not a slick deal at all..but thought you all would like a laugh, i knew he was going to give me a ticket after he told me "too much car for you to handle..." i laughed..and the story goes like this....
Cop: too much car for you to handle?
Me: nah this is just a commuter car, i have my porsche in the garage...
Cop: you know i just happened to assit an accident that involved a 22 year old like you that died from an unsafe lane change...
Me: that kid must have been driving a piece of shit, what are you driving?
Cop: silent...then out of no where (like he forgot what he was doing) license and registration please....
Me: Laughing hysterically, ARE YOU SERIOUS?
Cop: Licen...
Me: jeez, here....
Cop: (rips it outta my hand), so you made an unsafe lane chan...
Me: the hell i did, i had my signal on, 10 feet total distance, and your cherries didnt come on till like 20 minutes later, were you snackin or what? i was half way down the street...whats the beat you got me at...
Cop: (Angry as hell) i dont have to show you that, it will be on the ticket for you, ill be back..
Me: (roll up the window, continue bumpin my music) [by the way, i was really upset and didnt give a fark, but i never threatened him, i know he wanted to rip me outta the car]
Cop: (knocks on glass) [I roll it half way down]
Me: hurry up your wasting my time, lets go, wheres my license and insurance?
Cop: be right back
[radio is hella loud for some reason, and he is radioing something in, like i give a fark...]
i start my car, and start to roll, (cop was seriously taking his time...)
Cop: HEY HEY! STOP THE VEHICLE (on his superior megaphone so the whole neighborhood could hear)
Me: hurry the fark up, i got places i need to go!
Cop: heres your ticket....sign here...
Me: [signing], give me my portion and lets go...
Cop: enjoy
Me: [rips ticket] aint no thing, ill pay it later....this is nothing to me....
Cop: God Bless
Me: Yeah well, i dont believe in that bull shit dont offend me
[i think i got on his last nerve on that comment]
Cop: excuse me, its a gesture of kindness
Me: yeah well its offensive shit to me, you can catch me later....if you can (with the biggest smile on my face) [revved to 6K, took it back down to about 2.5K and sped, to the speedlimit hella fast]
(cop got in his car hella fast!)
i was in the turning lane, he tried to tell me to roll my window down...i did, but i couldnt hear him why? because my music was too loud....
and i think i could recall him flipping me off, so i returned the favor...
if your going to harrass me when you get to my window espeically for some stupid shit like this....this is what cops get...
another thing....he banks with our institution locally, and another black listed loan decline for 5 years if he needs anything...he wont get it....

Cop should have just shot him. Isn't that justifiable for complete losers?
seriously...if your going to bust them for a moving violation your not getting any puntang, and being as fat as he was, im sure he wasnt being satisfied....
and in addition our city sees more tweakers and crime, but guess what? i see thier fat asses at starbucks all the time 4-6 at a time, as well as restaurants...if our police force was so little, why is the entire force eating out when theres no one on our streets? and i pay taxes, a damn lot of them for that matter, to fall into a higher tax bracket sucks!
i had a bad day today, and i choose the cop to take it out on...and share with you guys...i feel good
see so when you cops out there, write tickets for people, you really dont know who they work for and what they do...especially when your looking for something...and someone has more internal power over you? how powerless do you REALLLY feel...

You had 5 feet to pass in front and behind of you. You said your engine was ROARING in 2nd gear. The average manual second gear shifts at about 30mph. Yours was ROARING, which makes me assume you were almost redlining it, so I will say close to 40 miles per hour. The minimum safe distance between two cars is 1 car length per 10 miles per hour. At 40 miles per hour, that would be 4 car lengths difference between two cars. At assuming 15 feet per car, you should have had 60 (that's SIXTY) feet of distance between both the car in front of you, and behind you. That would be 120 total feet, or 12 times what you gave.
That, is an UNSAFE lane change.
