Sweepstakes begins 12:01 a.m. Central Time ("CT") on 7/18/12 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on 9/16/12.
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (19 in AL and NE) at the time of entry and who currently receive or sign-up to receive the Futuro e-newsletter.

Follow the online instructions to confirm you currently receive, or sign up to receive, the FUTURO™ e-newsletter by entering all mandatory information designated, e.g. your complete first and last name, email address, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, ZIP code, telephone number and birth year. At the conclusion of the registration form, affirmatively opt in to the Sweepstakes by clicking on the check box confirming your agreement to the Official Rules and desire to enter the Sweepstakes.
Limit one (1) Entry per person/per day.
Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about 9/18/12 from all eligible entries received. The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone or mail. First Prize winners will be notified by mail.
(1) One Grand Prize – a trip for two (2) to Napa Valley, California. Prize includes:
- round-trip economy class air transportation for two (2) (specific air carrier to be chosen at Sponsor's sole discretion) from a major U.S. airport nearest to winner's residence to San Francisco, CA;
- 4 days/3 nights hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) at a Sponsor-specified hotel;
- 4 day car rental (specific car rental company to be chosen at Sponsor's sole discretion) and
- a Bike, Hike and Kayak Tour which includes a 7 mile guided cycle excursion with 3 winery visits and kayaking on the Russian River.
Approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize: $3,010. If Grand Prize winner lives within 150 miles of Napa Valley, CA, a travel stipend of $300 will be awarded in lieu of airfare. If Grand Prize winner elects to travel without a travel companion, no additional compensation will be awarded in lieu thereof. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Grand Prize winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and possess required travel documents (i.e. valid photo ID) prior to departure. All travel-related expenses not set forth herein, including but not limited to gas for rental car, ground transportation (not stated herein), meals, luggage fees, gratuities and incidental hotel and personal expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. Grand Prize winner and/or guest must meet rental car age requirements, have a valid driver license/credit card and insurance, or this portion of the prize will be forfeited and no compensation paid. Use of rental car is expressly subject to the terms, conditions and policies of rental agency.
(5) Five First Prizes: One (1) $200 REI Gift Card. Gift Cards are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash and are subject to all terms, conditions and restrictions of use as listed on Gift Card. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards. REI is not affiliated with Sponsor. REI does not sponsor, endorse, approve or have any responsibility for this Sweepstakes. The total value of all prizes available to be won is $4,010. Limit 1 prize per person.
