Submissions will be accepted starting August 8, 2012 at 9:00:00 AM Mountain Time ("MT") and ending September 30, 2012 at 11:59:59 PM MT
offered and open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (excluding Colorado and Louisiana), and the District of Columbia who are age 18 or older at the time of entry, and have a valid email address.

DETERMINATION OF WEEKLY PRIZE WINNERS: The Promotion Judges will evaluate the photos submitted each week of the Promotion Period based on the following criteria: (a) creativity (25%); (b) originality (25%); (c) humor (25%); (d) alignment with the values of Sponsor's Horizon Organic brand (25%). Weeks of the Promotion Period are as follows (all weeks start at 12:00:00 AM MT, except for the first week which starts at 9:00:00 AM MT; all weeks end at 11:59:59 PM MT.)
Monthly Prizes: (2 available, 1 per Monthly Promotion Submission Period): $1000 gift card of Sponsor's choice (subject to terms and conditions indicated thereon/provided therewith). Approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Monthly Prize is $1000.00.
Weekly Prizes: (8 available, 1 per week): Horizon Organic Prize Pack consisting of a Horizon Organic lunchbox, t-shirt, squishy cow, and re-usable sandwich bag. ARV of each Weekly Prize is $50.00.
