Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for winner and a guest on a "Classic Galápagos Adventure" aboard the M/Y Letty provided by Natural Habitat Adventures. In addition, prize package will include round-trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner's home (as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Quito, Ecuador, and round-trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) between Quito and the Galápagos. Sponsor will also include Galapagos tax and transit card for both winner and guest. Winner must select one (1) of the following travel dates (based on availability) in 2013 or prize will be forfeited: Mar 15 – 25, 2013; Jun 7 – 17, 2013; Jul 5 – 15, 2013; Jul 19 – 29, 2013; Aug 30 - Sep 9, 2013; or Oct 11 – 21, 2013. Winner must select and book his/her trip no later than December 31, 2012. If winner is a minor (as determined by his/her state of residence), winner's guest must be winner's parent/legal guardian. If winner's guest is a minor (as determined by his/her state of residence), winner must be minor's parent/legal guardian and must complete required paperwork on behalf of minor as applicable. Travel companions must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of prize documents. Restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Winner and travel companion are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports and any other documents necessary for international travel. All participants must sign the terms & conditions and booking forms provided by Natural Habitat Adventures (NHA) upon booking their trip. Winner will be contacted by NHA and must communicate directly with NHA to ascertain availability and reserve the trip.
Please note that this trip consists of a variety of physical activities, including walking up to one mile on rough, uneven, wet or sharp terrain; swimming; and snorkeling. Travelers are not required to participate in all activities.
Air travel to Quito, Ecuador must be round-trip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Promotion, and those set forth by the Sponsor's airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, gratuities, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the sole responsibility of winner.
