Grand Prize: (1): A four (4) day/three (3) night trip to a Sponsor-selected Spa in Miami, FL and a one year's supply of Sponsor-selected Unilever hair products.

First Prize (100 total): A one year's supply of Sponsor-selected Unilever hair products (maximum ARV: $250 each).

Rules:
1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The MakingLifeBetter.com Fall Hair Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on September 4, 2012 and ends at 9:00 a.m. ET on October 22, 2012 (the "Sweepstakes Period").

2. HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit MakingLifeBetter.com and follow the instructions to fill in all required registration information to receive one (1) entry into the random drawing. By entering, you agree to receive five (5) weekly emails featuring the best hair care tips from your favorite Unilever Hair brands. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address for the entire Sweepstakes Period. All entries must be complete and submitted by 9:00 a.m. ET on October 22, 2012. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your on-line service will apply. Automated entries, or those generated by script or bot are not eligible. All entries become property of the Sponsor.

3. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age and older as of date of entry. Employees of Conopco, Inc., d/b/a Unilever ("Sponsor"), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies (collectively "Sponsor and its Administrators") and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited and subject to all federal, state and local laws.

4. RANDOM DRAWING: One (1) Grand Prize and one hundred (100) First Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted on or about October 24, 2012, by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.

5. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"): Grand Prize (1): A four (4) day/three (3) night trip to a Sponsor-selected Spa in Miami, FL and a one year's supply of Sponsor-selected Unilever hair products. Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation from the major airport nearest the winner's home city to Miami, FL, round-trip ground transportation between airport and Sponsor-selected Spa, three (3) nights deluxe accommodations (based on double occupancy and availability), $3,500 spa allowance for winner to be used towards spa services (ARV: $6,000). All prize components are subject to availability. In the event winner lives within a 150-mile radius of Miami, FL, round-trip ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no additional compensation will be provided for air transportation portion of prize. Actual ARV of Grand Prize may vary due to winner's residence, dates of travel and fares at time of travel. One year supply of Unilever hair products awarded as twelve (12) Shampoos, twelve (12) conditioners and twelve (12) styling products (Sponsor-specified). Prize winners will be notified by mail, e-mail and/or phone. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Prizes are nontransferable and no cash substitutions are allowed except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to award a prize (or portion of prize) of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable for any reason.
