Pep Boys NextGen’s Fast Track to the Finals Sweepstakes ~ 10/2/12 (Facebook)

Sweepstakes begins on September 4, 2012 at 12:00:01 P.M. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on October 2, 2012 at 11:59:59 A.M. ET.

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, Puerto Rico, and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of September 4, 2012.

Once you have accessed the Sweepstakes Application, follow the on-screen instructions and complete all required fields, then click on the "Enter" button to receive one (1) initial Sweepstakes entry.

Limit one (1) initial Sweepstakes entry per person. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than one (1) initial Sweepstakes entry by using multiple/different email addresses, Facebook accounts, identities, registrations and/or logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same e-mail address or Facebook account.

Bonus Sweepstakes Entries: After you successfully enter the Sweepstakes, invite friends to the Facebook Page to enter the Sweepstakes by clicking on the "Share" button which will post a link to the Sweepstakes Application on the Pep Boys Facebook Page on your Facebook Wall/Timeline. You will receive five (5) Bonus Entries into the Sweepstakes for each Friend who enters the Sweepstakes through the link on your wall post.

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize consists of: a trip for winner and one (1) guest to a VIP trip to the Drag Racing finals in Pomona, CA November 10-11, 2012. Trip package includes:
- roundtrip, coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport near winner's residence to Los Angeles, CA.;
- ground transportation in Pomona between racetrack and hotel;
- two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy);
- Don Schumacher Racing Hospitality which includes access to the VIP tent where guests can enjoy a meal, drinks all day, and sit right next to the teams as they work on the cars;
- Don Schumacher Racing Driver Meet-and-Greet;
- reserved grandstand tickets for two (2) on November 10 & 11, 2012;
- two (2) TracPacks that each include one (1) Valvoline racing cap, one (1) Valvoline can koozie, one (1) Valvoline racing credential holder and lanyard, and one (1) set of Valvoline ear plugs; and
- $200 for the winner for spending/transportation money.

Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize: $3,025. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor. Travel must be roundtrip. Sponsor will determine airline, flight itinerary and hotel in its sole discretion. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary, and guest must be 18 years of age or older (or of the legal age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of departure. If in the judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to any prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for round trip air transportation at Sponsor's sole discretion. All expenses, fees and any other costs not expressly stated in the Official Rules of this Sweepstakes, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, airport fees, parking fees, personal charges at the hotel, etc., are the sole responsibility of the winners. Events are subject to rain-check policies and procedures of organizers. Sponsor is not responsible if any portion of trip package is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event, that portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Winner must be able to accept the prize in its entirety or not at all; and, if winner is unable to travel on dates indicated by Sponsor, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate potential Grand Prize winner provided sufficient time
exists to notify and verify him/her prior to the trip. Actual value of Grand Prize may vary based on airfare fluctuations, city of departure and dates of travel. Winner will not receive the difference between the actual value and the ARV.

Second Prize: One (1) Don Schumacher Racing Funny Car Quarter Rear Panel. ARV $1,000.

Additional Prizes: Ten (10) autographed Jack Beckman Hats with an ARV of $35 each; and five (5) Jack Beckman autographed pistons with an ARV of $35 each.

Limit one (1) prize per person. TOTAL MAXIMUM VALUE OF ALL PRIZES AVAILABLE TO BE WON: $4,550.
