who are legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the United States and the District of Columbia and who are age 18 or older at the time of entry are eligible to participate

Thus, the first five winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about October 5, 2012, from among all eligible entries received between 12:00:01 a.m. ET on September 1, 2012, and 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2012. The second group of five winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about November 5, 2012, from among all eligible entries received between 12:00:01 a.m. ET on October 1, 2012, and 11:59:59 p.m. ET on October 31, 2012, and so forth. The final five winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about February 5, 2013, from among all eligible entries received between 12:00:01 a.m. ET on January 1, 2013, and 11:59:59 p.m. ET on January 31, 2013. Each winner will receive one (1) Bali bra, one (1) 3-pack of Bali panties and one (1) Bali shapewear item. Approximate retail value of each prize is $121. Color and style of intimate apparel are at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
